I
have been working with Keith for several months. I have a cyst on
my throat; the Western Medical solution is a slightly complicated
surgery. Not only did my progressive doctor tell me to have it cut
out, even my acupuncturist said to have the surgery. Needless to
say I was not happy and pretty scared.
This
cyst had been with me for over a year and it was getting bigger.
Basically it looked and felt like I had a golf ball lodged in my
throat. After working with Keith for about a month, it was 1/2 the
size and much softer. I knew then that it would go away and my fears
also went away. As we have continued to work together, the cyst
keeps shrinking. It's barely noticeable now.
This
process is so powerful. I am learning how to heal through my own
efforts and I have full faith that the cyst will be completely gone
as I continue to do this work.
In
addition, I have experienced many added bonuses doing this healing
work. Other things in my life have gotten easier. Way more is being
healed than just this cyst. The cyst is just an outward manifestation.
I am experiencing more love in my life through my choice to be loving.
I am happier and often feel a sense of awe and inspiration. My life
feels richer. I have more awareness of the ever presence of the
divine in my life.
I
am grateful that Keith crossed my path when he did. He is a marvelous
healer and a truly warm, generous human being.

For
most of my adult life I was unhappy and miserable, existing in a
very negative space. I had made some major changes in my life and
done much spiritual growth work when I first attended one of Keith's
workshops. As I started working with the tools that he taught us
joy became a big part of my life. He coached me in starting my own
business as well as helping me deal with many of my emotional blocks.
Today I live my life in joy, peace and harmony with the odd blip
and I thank him for his part in this. Keith has been an incredible
mentor and friend to me.

Here
is the experience of one of my healing clients. “I started
doing the Love Time three times a day for ten minutes each. It elevated
my mood and attitude in extraordinary ways that extended throughout
the day. The time spent in Love Time provided a stark contrast to
the barrage of unloving thoughts that flow through my mind as background
noise barely noticed by me in the past. The negative thoughts began
to stand out in relief so that I could actually hear them and switch
my attention back to more loving places. I realized that I have
acquired mental health habits that comprise an active practice of
negative thinking, self-criticism, worry, and generally focusing
on what’s wrong and how to fix it or avoid it.
